This Malbec surprises with its personality, achieved through a quest for elegance that combines grapes from Los Chacayes (Tunuyán) and Perdriel (Luján de Cuayo), placing Mendoza at the heart of its identity.

Sarapura is the legend of a hermit who lived in the mountains and came down to the city once a year to buy his supplies. His payment was in gold nuggets, the exact location of which only he knew. The winery's name comes from this story: from that seeker of hidden treasures in the heights. This work offers a moment of pause, of rest after hard work, like wine that subtly relaxes and offers a moment of connection with the senses to be fully enjoyed.

Forty kilometers from Mar del Plata, among the mountains south of Buenos Aires, graced by the winds of the Atlantic coast, lies the Castel Conegliano Winery, immersed in a fantastic and unusual terroir where three varietals of Italian origin were planted: Glera (originally called Prosecco), Pinot Nero and Moscato Giallo.
These grapes give rise to the sparkling wines I used for this delicate painting, which reflects the freshness of a moment of waiting before the sublime enjoyment of subtle and bubbling new sensations.
