The small piece of cloth that shows the hands of Ian McDonald, head cooper of The Balvenie Distillery, is an important ally in the fight against the angels, tightening the seal around the stopper and minimizing the loss of the precious whiskey.

The Balvenie es la única destilería en las Highlands escocesas que aún cultiva y maltea una proporción de su propia cebada para crear el whisky de malta perfecto.
Los instintos de los agricultores sobre cuándo sembrar y cosechar son cruciales, ya que el clima escocés es tan impredecible.
