Tribute to the universe of whiskeys,
inspired by an image of Galaxy Echoes, Nebula Broom of the Witch, belonging to the Veil Nebula.
In recent laboratory studies it was discovered that the particles of the dry whiskey remains seen under the microscope resemble the celestial bodies, which populate our space.
When I decided to paint these cosmogony, I still did not know, but I am not surprised that it is so, since the spirits make up universes full of magic and color.

Inspired by a photo of Matías Manjarin in the Perito Moreno Glacier of Los Glaciares National Park, El Calafate, Santa Cruz, Argentina.
Like a colossus that emerges from the icy waters of Lake Argentino, bringing the winter of ice, the Perito Moreno Glacier is a White Walker that advances until it finds in its own way the incomparable force of the water that filters in its interior and slowly tears its body until it collapses.
A unique show that happens once in a while, its fall is a "limited edition" of nature, like the whiskey that inspired this painting.
Sometimes, having the luck to coincide with a unique historical moment gives us memories that are out of series, that last for a lifetime…
The Isle of Skye, home of the Talisker Distillery, is the largest and most northerly island in the Inner Hebrides, in Scotland.
A truly magical place where the stories of fairies and rival clans can be heard in every corner, like the echo of the sea savagely beating the rocks at night while enjoying a great whiskey in the warmth of home.
