Bonarda is a variety with great oenological potential in Argentina and is considered the second most important red wine, after Malbec, developing with great success in all Argentine regions, demonstrating its particularity in each place. It’s characterized by a deep purple color with notes of blackcurrant, fennel, cherry and dried figs.
