The new spirit may be colorless and lack the aromas and flavors acquired during ripening.
But that doesn't mean you can't yet possess elegance and complexity in your own right.

The Bimber Distillery was founded by whiskey lovers, with a mission to produce high quality single malt whiskey with character, using traditional methods that are rarely seen today.
